I never went in a Yoga Studio, I never thought about Yoga, and I am living in Berlin Germany. One day I found a Yoga book in the Street. I brought this home and let lying in a corner at home. One day I looked in that book. I asked me “can yoga so useful?”. Then I found one day Baba Ramdev in Internet. Now I am real fan of Yoga. Baba Ramdev and that book made me 20 years younger. All my health problems are gone away for ever! I am very grateful to Baba Ramdev and to that Book.

i agree that Yoga is NOT about religion – if you listen to him and in his other videos, he speaks of “the lord” and “supreme being”, not naming any specific deity. he knows there are many who practice Yoga from many religions, and is encouraging you to prey to and give thanks to what ever deity your religion recognizes, weather hindu, christian, bhuddist, or whatever. Yoga IS spiritual yes, but spirituality and religion are not the same.

Hello guys, sorry about some comments made by one individual who says he is Christian and yoga is inappropriate for Christians. I am from Kerala and from one of the oldest Christian families in Kerala. Christianity started in Kerala 2000 years ago.
I practice yoga and meditation every day, both Baba Ramdev’s and from Art of living. There is no religion in Yoga and meditation. I found it very useful and it changed my life very much.

I am muslim, but this mans a genius, anything he is saying he is amazing, find out what Om means it means peace i say it aswell its beautiful

yoga is merely an exercise its not a religion. Buddhists carried it with them into china. yi jing jang a so called ancient chinese exercise is actually yoga. its not a part of the hindu religion many people in India don’t do yoga

God, yoga is not about religion. It is about how human should live. for god sake, this ancient indian breathing techniques that have cured tumer and cancer. Alot of diseases that is incurable by medical science is cured with yoga, it has proved , those who want proof refer Yog In Synergy With Medical Science by BABA Ramdev, with total scientific proof.
Please if you cant accept dont insult it. Before leaving any bad comment do what he says for a week or atleast for four day and then comment.

I dont think it is the aim of this yogi to convert those Christians who have left aside their faith.
But with my first question I meant: Why are you so certain of your believe? Why isnt there any doubt? That seems healthy to me.. I doubt everything.. I dont think you can know anything for sure. But maybe that is also a dogma
