Then how about feeling good about who we are? If we look at society, why is that that more and more people are suffering from depression and social anxiety? There is a lot of social pressure to conform and criticism, which could cause people social anxiety and fear to show themselves for who they truly are. Isn’t it that perhaps in the past people were more themselves with simplicity? How can we know what would makes us happy if we are disconnected with who we are?

Happiness comes from feeling in control of our life, from feeling free to be ourselves and doing what we choose. Alongside social pressure, there are also the ’have tos’, rules we should follow, things we should do, etc. They are mainly subconscious and come from society, culture, etc. – it is the conditioning. We need to find the freedom from conditioning if we are to be ourselves and live the life we want.

So far evolution mutated while in reality we are adaptable by the inborn mechanism of survival. That leads me to conclude that there is a space somewhere that the fire uses as a home.

The idea is that the way reality is, creates an habitual pattern of doing the same in cycles of eternity. The way reality is , is the way of the majority that uses the energy or the fire.

The fire of reality glares with power to bargain and exchange. What is exhanged makes up the realities of the apparent world.

Yet, the vehicle is all we have to express our love for one another. If I’m not in earthly form, can I experience love? Are not emotions fundamental to our time on earth? The only way, I as a human, can reach your soul, is through your humanity, too. Our bodies, these lovely perfect capsules which carry around the precious cargo of our divine selves, allow us to enjoy all levels of love while we walk the planet. But what about when our bodies wear out and die? Where does love go?

If we consider love as an energy form, then according to the Law of Conservation of Energy in physics, love’s energy is neither created nor destroyed. Is love a puddle of invisible energy waiting for the surface to be pierced by an unsuspecting human falling into it or do we carry love with us, awaiting ignition by the attraction to and of another? These mysteries of the perpetuation of our most precious and inimitable emotion, pique our interest and perpetuate our desire.

Love, with all its ups and downs, strength and frailties, definitions and ambiguities, provides us with a reason to celebrate one another. Just as love can be expressed with a dozen roses, a box of chocolates or a loving glance, love’s feast day cannot be limited to one date on the calendar. You are loved – every day of the year!

The fire behind it all is a dual motion of self recognition. The fight that is going on must come to some resolution. The truth and the will of the self good. How can one take ruins and violence and turn it good? One find the stop button.  Say it, “no, I will not be abused ignored or refused… I sit here and count my blessing by focusing on what I know I have at will. I chose love as the only reality and the only source of light that had created anything at all”.

The force that separated glass from blast had melted the iron mask of gluttony for a direction to nail. Hold your focus on the ability to avert a really bad reality into a good reality. Do not ask how to keep on pushing those muscles of positive future. Reality can shift right now and even though forever is a big promise, one day it will become true.The danger is loosing it at the point of the turn.

It is really not what they say about flying too close to the sun. It does melt, but it melts wax. How else those angels got their wings. Real people do not burn with the sun. Real people surrender to the sun. Fire for fire means that the fire of true love in the world is stronger in the future more then in the now but in reality that fire is simply allowed to become one in the consciousness of the masses.

Nothing is ever created and although humans learned to vanish matter, the vanishing act belong to the allusion of power without mastery over the force of the tree of life.

True love, is the pearls that do not need to wrap a chain of events around ones throat.

You must never blame yourself for what you have failed to achieve but you must be thankful for what you have gained. You never show gratitude to those who have sacrificed their own time and helped you. You tend to talk with authority and violence. Try to be more cautious or else, you may rouse the anger of a person and from that moment, he will behave differently with you. You will indeed regret losing such a nice, modest person and such a priceless treasure. He will not return to you, even if you offer him something valuable. He will certainly refuse to stand by your side. As long as he was supporting you, you continuously abused him, stopped him from living his life and you even prevented him to breathe properly. My advice is that you must show your qualities. Try to be independent. And when you will need the help of someone, be prepared and ready to offer your services in return.

You need not keep on mourning over your past defeats. Never say that you have not seized the opportunity to do things properly or you have failed in life. Whenever you get the chance to do good things, you lose your time in gossiping, arguing, digging into the past, contributing in futile conversations, speaking maliciously or creating doubts.  You grab every single chance to refute, and outdo things in zeal. It has been your choice to lead such a selfish life. You have always used abusive languages and cursed everyone. At times, you do get the chance to appreciate life but you ironically turn away from it, under the pretext of lacking time. You generally ignore people who are ill and when the news of their deteriorating health comes to you, qualms haunt you. You chose everything, except the path that you know you must tread on so as to live happily, peacefully and in harmony. Hence you indulge yourself in turmoil. It is by choice that you get depressed. You tend to rebuke the true spiritual values of life. You make yourself a victim of torture and get irritated. You cause sufferings to innocent people, who want to live happily.

Being experienced, you must know the taste of a defeat. Hence, live all moments positively and plan for the future. Getting worried unnecessarily is not a solution. Learn to plan your routine. With a proper planning, your task will definitely become easy and you will be assured of not getting further problems.

Always think before you act. Use your brain to distinguish between the right and the wrong. Only then will you be successful in making the right choice. Never keep on postponing a task. Do it immediately. Never wait for tomorrow or else, you may regret for not having done it at the right time. If you have to visit a sick person, do not wait for tomorrow or it may be too late.  

As you try to get the message of the God and begin thereby to get acquainted with yourself, the potency of truth will light such a fire of enthusiasm inside you there will suddenly be a flood of reasons for your heart to sing out gladly. And when your heart begins to sing, it will mean that you are reaching upward from the wheel of cause-and-consequence to put your hand in mine, giving birth to your “wave of determination“, showing your willingness for my will to be done. It will also mean that you are praying without ceasing, although you may not previously have thought of love, praise, or gratitude as being prayer.

When you open yourself to the Spiritual World, you throw off the shackles, limitations and the everyday projections of the world. You open yourself to magical and mystical experiences, and to non-physical realities and beings.

If you make yourself available to Spirit on a regular basis and affirm your openness and willingness to participate in a greater life, you will begin to have your own amazing experiences. New ways of thinking will develop, and you will start to notice synchronicities and undeniable coincidences as spirit try to get your attention, this will lead you to even more wonderful energies and encounters.
 
Your life will never be the same, so are you up for it?
If so, set your intention to align yourself with Spirit and acknowledge your willingness and openness, and be quiet while you wait for a response. If you are sincere in your desire it will happen. You will have your own unique experiences that will change your world. Is it time for a paradigm shift for you? If so, get started. It’s the greatest journey I know. Nothing has held my interest for as long as my spiritual growth.

Radical forgiveness is based upon the simple premise that the ‘dark’ or shadow aspects of our psyche which we need to acknowledge and heal are reflected for us in those who have significant impact on our lives – be they lovers, spouse, work colleagues, children, parents, friends, mentors or so called enemies. As Tipping quite rightly pointed out: “if you spot it (a behavior trait) in others, then you have got it. (Yourself).”

The word ‘acknowledge’ here means that whenever we try to deny something we don’t like it by pretending that it does not exist in us, we should invalidate it. To invalidate means “to render having no effect”, but the great irony is that as soon as we attempt to invalidate something it immediately demands attention to be validated. The reason for this is simple. From the perspective of the essential ‘ONENESS’ pervading the Universe, separation is an illusory ‘artificial’ state requiring a huge amount of energy to maintain. When we suppress something by discrediting it, we think the issue has gone away, but this is a delusion because the issue will inevitably reappear at some stage to be acknowledged and validated and this process cannot be avoided. Invalidation is a bit like trying to stop the flow of a stream; it can be achieved for a little while, but eventually the weight of water builds up and overwhelms us and continues to flow in accordance with the natural law of balance.
