I don’t think of god as a man on a cloud. I’m not religious at all but i do practice faith and refer to god as Presence, but that’s just me and we’re all different and have our own beleifs. I’d reccomend The Power of Now to anybody interested in living for moment and also Presence by Patsy Rodenberg.

This is beautiful. Thank you very much. After meditating for many years, I’ve found it much more easy to clear my thoughts by using a traditional meditation cushion to get me in that optimum position of knees below hips. Thanks again.
