Meditation Is Going Beyond The Resistance

Meditation is the best way to improve yourself, by knowing your boundaries,
by knowing yourself you know the level of resistance within you.
When you meditate for a longer period of time, you come to the point
where you feel edgy. You might call the feeling boredom or antsy like you have had too much coffee to sit still.
